5. Payment Terms

For Pro subscriptions:

Payments are processed through Stripe
Subscriptions are billed monthly
Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
You can cancel your subscription at any time
All sales are final - no refunds are provided
By subscribing, you acknowledge our no-refund policy
Access to premium features is granted immediately upon payment

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and back up your content
Display your content as part of the service
Share public CVs as per your settings

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code or viruses
